ZONING NOTIFICATION: WITHDRAW ZONING CHANGE, 1216 SMIRL DR. – CASE NO. ZA-2023-01

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas, will hold a Public Hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas. At such time and place, the City Council will consider the following case:

Case No. ZA-2023-01: Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a request from the applicant to withdraw their application to change the zoning classification from (A) Agricultural District to (SF-43) Single Family Residential District on property located generally at 1216 Smirl Drive, being approximately 5.685 acres of land in the E. Teal Survey, Abstract 207, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas and located approximately 300 feet north of the intersection of Smirl Drive and Carriage Hill Lane on the east side of Smirl Drive.
