Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a Site Plan and Ordinance for a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-through window for a retail use within an 11,959 square foot office/retail building on 1.04 acres of land platted as Lot 3 of Block A, Ridge Crossing Addition. The site is zoned Planned Development (PD) District for office and retail uses and is located on the west side of Ridge Road, approximately 300 feet north of Smirl Drive/Heathland Crossing.
