Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of a Resolution authorizing a Variance to Section 157.02 (C) of the Code of Ordinances that limits fences in the side and rear yards abutting a street to a maximum height of four feet (4’). The applicant is requesting to construct a five foot (5’) ornamental metal picket fence in the side yard abutting Heathland Crossing. The property is platted as Lot 22, Block F, Heath Crossing Phase 3B, is addressed as 415 Keystone Bend, and is zoned Planned Development (PD) District for Single Family Residential Uses by Ordinance No. 111220B.
