Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a Variance request from Robert Whittle of Heath Golf and Yacht Club, LLC to allow a residence to encroach 5 feet (5′) into the required twenty-five foot (25′) rear yard building setback for property located on Noe Boulevard adjacent to Lake Ray Hubbard, being Lot 33, Block M of The Lakes Addition. The property is zoned Planned Development for Single Family Uses (PD-SF) by Ordinance No. 120515A.
