Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a Variance to § 159.21(B)(14) of the Heath Code of Ordinances that limits the maximum size of a guest house to 900 square feet in area on parcels of land under two acres in size to allow a 1,076 square feet guest house on a one-acre property located at 424 Chippendale Drive, being Lot 43, Block A, Crestridge Meadows #3 Addition. The property is zoned (SF-43) Single-Family Residential District.
