The Preliminary Plat of Chapel Hill located on two tracts addressed as 308 Hubbard Drive and 312 Hubbard Drive, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas and zoned (PD-SF) Planned Development for Single Family Residential Uses by Ordinance 220125B includes a cul-de-sac of 1,143.87 feet.
