ZONING NOTIFICATION: SANITARY SEWER VARIANCE LeRUISSEAU SUBDIVISION – Case FP-2022-02

Consider and act on a Resolution granting a Variance to Section 158.09 of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Heath to allow the use of on-site septic systems on two single-family detached residential lots in lieu of providing a required sanitary sewer connection for same lots to an existing sewer line that has been determined to be an “accessible” sewer line by the City Engineer; and an Amendment to Section B. 3. of the Facilities Agreement dated September 12, 2017, between the City of Heath and Caprock Custom Homes II L.L.C, which requires all lots within the Le Ruisseau Subdivision to be served by a sanitary sewer line. The subject residential lots are platted as Lot 17, Block A of LeRuisseau Phase One and Lot 16, Block A of the proposed Final Plat of LeRuisseau Phase Two, City of Heath, Rockwall County.
