Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of a Resolution granting a Variance to the Heath Code of Ordinances §71.13 “Parking in Residential and Agricultural Districts” that limits the duration, location, and surface materials allowed for the parking of motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and utility trailers on property described as Lot 30, Antigua Bay, addressed as 401 Scenic Drive, and zoned (SF-15) Single-Family Residential District.
