ZONING NOTIFICATION: FENCE VARIANCE 904 ST. ANNE COURT – Case No. FV-2023-01
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.
Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of an Ordinance granting a Variance to § 157.02 (C) and § 157.02 (E) of the Heath Code of Ordinances to allow the construction of a fence in the front yard with a height of five feet (5’) and designed with less than 75% open area per linear foot for property addressed as 904 St. Anne Ct., further described as Lot 8, Block A, Providence Addition, and zoned (PD-SF) Planned Development for Single Family Uses by Ordinance No. 140624. Section 157.02 (C) limits fences in the front yard to a maximum height of four feet (4’). Section 157.02 (E) requires fences in front of the front building line of the residence to have at least 75% open area per linear foot.
