Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of an Ordinance granting a Variance to § 157.02 (C) of the Heath Code of Ordinances to allow the construction of a fence in the front yard with a height of five feet (5’) for property addressed as 1412 Hubbard Drive, a 1.5 acre lot in the (A) Agricultural District, being Lot 4 of Pecan Knoll Addition, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
