Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of a Resolution granting a Variance to § 157.02 (E) of the Code of Ordinances that requires fences in front of the front building line of the residence be constructed of ornamental wrought iron or tubular steel; and, a Variance to § 157.06 (B) of the Code of Ordinances that prohibits wire fencing.
