Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a Variance request from David and Lanelle Tausendfreund for a single-family residence to encroach 15-feet into the required 15-foot side yard building setback for the purpose of minimizing the demolition of an existing canopy of trees on the property. The property is zoned Single-Family 43 (SF 43) District and is located at the most western terminus of Chilton Point Drive, north of James Drive.
