Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a Variance to § 159.42 of the Heath Code of Ordinances that requires an accessory building to be located in the rear yard area of a lot, behind the rear building elevation of the residence, to allow a 900 square foot accessory building to be built in the front yard for property located at 100 Yankee Creek Road, being Lot 2, Yankee Creek Addition.
