Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on a request from Scott Mayborn, property owner, to change the zoning on 0.57 gross acres of land, located south and west of the intersection of Smirl Drive and Terry Lane, from (A) Agricultural District to (SF-15) Single Family Residential District, the subject 0.57 acres of land is addressed as 315 Smirl Drive, being situated within the J.O. Heath Survey, Abstract No. 116, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas. (Rockwall County CAD Map ID # 11124).
