ZONING NOTIFICATION: 150 Yankee Creek Road – Case No. CUP-2021-03

Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to construct a dock deck adjoining a fixed pier on a parcel with less than seventy-five feet (75’) of the normal pool elevation shoreline (435.5 feet mean sea level). The applicant is requesting approval to construct a ten foot (10’) wide fixed pier adjoined to a thirty foot (30’) wide dock deck projecting forty feet (40’) from the sea wall on property subleased from the City of Heath within the Take Area of Lake Ray Hubbard adjacent to Lot 6 of Yankee Creek Estates at 150 Yankee Creek Road, Heath, Texas (the Property). The subleased Property is zoned Lake Edge Zoning District. (Rockwall County CAD Map ID NO 24135)
