Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an ordinance to change the zoning of an approximate 139.120-acre tract of land, located southwest of the intersection of Jeff Boyd Road and Hanby Lane and bound on the northeast, southeast and southwest by the city limits of the City of Heath, from (A) Agricultural District to a Planned Development (PD) District for (SF-43) Single-Family Residential uses and including a recreational amenity center site. The subject 139.120-acre tract is situated in the J. Simmons Survey, Abstract No. 202, the W.W. Ford Survey, Abstract No. 80, and the A. Rodriguez Survey, Abstract No. 231, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
