Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an ordinance to change the zoning for an approximate 129.255-acre tract of land, located on the southwestern side of McDonald Road, south of Falcon Point Drive, from (A) Agricultural District to a Planned Development (PD) District for Single-Family 43 (SF 43) uses. The subject 129.255-acre tract is situated within the Antonio Rodriguez Survey, Abstract No. 231, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas. (Rockwall County CAD Map ID No’s. 12918 & 13004)
