Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on a request for the approval of an exception, as defined in Section 159.30 (D) of the “Lake Edge Zoning District,” City of Heath, Texas, Code of Ordinances (the Code), to allow the extension of an existing fence into the City of Dallas Take Line Area; and approval of a variance to Section 157.02 (C) “Fences,” to allow the extension of an existing fence into the front, side or rear yards abutting a street that exceeds the maximum permitted fence height of four (4) feet, for Lots 4 and 5, The Peninsula, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas (1 & 2 Peninsula Court).
