Water Service Fully Operational

The City of Heath water delivery system is fully operational and there have not been any disruptions to service during the severe weather. If you currently do not have water, you may have issues related to a broken pipe or leaks. Please contact Customer Service directly (972-771-6228, option 2) for assistance in turning your water off.

There was one main break in the City of Rockwall, a NTWMD member city. The City of Heath obtains water from the City of Rockwall. The City of Heath was asked to temporarily slow water pumping to allow Rockwall tanks to refill more quickly after repairs were made. The City of Heath did so to assist, but service was never disrupted and our City is able to pump water as needed and will continue to be able to do so.
