UTILITY BILL BY MAIL DELAY UPDATE

The March City of Heath utility bills were delayed by the mailing service, with many customers just getting their bills yesterday or today (03/07/24). As a result, the due date for customers who pay manually by mail or dropping off at City Hall has been extended until April 10. There will be NO penalties or service cutoffs at the end of March. Customers who pay by bank draft will remain on the normal schedule of a March 10 draft. If you have questions, contact the City at 972-771-6228, Option 2.
