Update on Billing Dates from Customer Service

The City of Heath is changing utility account billing dates and due dates beginning February 2022 to get water consumption information to customers faster. This will be helpful for customers who have a leak, but are unaware of the problem.

The due date for the bill mailed in February will be moved from the 20th of March to the 10th of March.  Customers who pay by bank draft will see the debit from their account on the 10th of the month instead of the 20th.  Customers using the online bill pay method will need to change the date of payment to no later than the 10th of the month.
