Notice is hereby given that the City of Heath is considering a residential subdivision replat being a Replat of Lot 3R, Block A, The Cedars Subdivision and creating the Replat of The Cedars, Lot 3A-R and Lot 4A-R, Block A, containing two lots on 2.02 acres, currently addressed as 210 Cedar Tree Lane, and zoned as (SF-43) Single Family Residential District.
