PUBLIC NOTICE: Fence Variance 825 Smirl Drive – 2nd Notice
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Heath, Texas, will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas.
At such time and place, the City Council will conduct a Public Hearing and act on a Resolution granting a Variance to the Heath Code of Ordinances, Fence Ordinance, § 157.02(C), that limits fences in the front yard to a maximum height of four feet (4’) to permit a five foot (5′) ornamental wrought iron fence, and granting a Variance to § 157.02(E), that requires fences in front of the building line to have at least 75% open area per linear foot to allow a solid gate with 0% transparency on property addressed 825 Smirl Drive.
