PUBLIC HEARING: Zoning Change Chapel Hill PD – Case No. ZA-2021-03

Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of an application to change the zoning classification of property on two tracts addressed as 308 Hubbard Drive and 312 Hubbard Drive, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas, from (SF-43) Single Family Residential District and (A) Agricultural District to (PD-SF) Planned Development for (SF-43) Single Family Residential Uses and create the Chapel View Residential Planned Development (formerly referred to as the Hubbard Estates Residential Planned Development) containing sixteen (16) single-family residential lots on 19.88 acres of land. All sixteen residential lots contain at least 1.0 acres. (Rockwall County CAD Map ID No. 11132 and 46065)
