PUBLIC HEARING: Towne Center Overlay District – Case No: ZTA-2022-03
Conduct a Public Hearing and consider adoption of an ordinance amending various sections of Chapter 159, “Zoning,” of the Code of Ordinances, City of Heath, Texas, the same being the Zoning Ordinance, specifically to Section 159.29, “Towne Center Overlay District,” and to section 159.43, “Conditional Use Permits; Permit Requirements,” to limit the building height in the “Towne Center Overlay District” from three (3) stories to one (1) story in height, requiring a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for two (2) story buildings, to prohibit the construction of three (3) story buildings, and to implement technical corrections.
