PUBLIC HEARING: Fence Variance 121 Scenic Drive – Case FV-2022-08

Conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of a Resolution granting a Variance to § 157.02 of the Code of Ordinances that requires a fence to be on the property line or not less than five feet from the property line, requires fences in front of the front building line of the residence to have at least 75% open area per linear foot, and requires fences on lake front properties to have at least 75% open area per linear foot to maintain surrounding lake views on property described as Lot 11, Antigua Bay, addressed as 121 Scenic Drive and zoned (SF-15) Single-Family Residential District.
