Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a franchise utility use in the (A) Agricultural District consisting of a service center, vehicle repair shop, covered parking, fueling storage, and outdoor storage yard on property owned by Oncor Electric Delivery Company containing 10.96 acres within the City of Heath and being part of a 60.47 acre tract extending into the City of Dallas Extraterritorial Jurisdiction.
