Please see the latest message below posted from Oncor and report your address if you still do not have power. If you need assistance from the City in reporting your outage, contact our Customer Service staff at 972-771-6228, option 2, and they will take your address and report for you.

The Warming Center at City Hall will be open through Sunday 02/21/21.
