NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Ordinance to PD District for Single Family Uses – 315 Smirl Drive
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2018, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas. Further notice is given that, a second public hearing is scheduled where the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be considered by the City Council at a meeting that begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13, 2018 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr., Heath, Texas. At such time and place, the Commission and City Council will consider: ZA-2019-02: conduct a Public Hearing and consider an ordinance to change the zoning and future land use designation for an approximate 0.57 gross acre tract of land, located south and west of the intersection of Smirl Drive and Terry Lane, from (A) Agricultural District to a Planned Development (PD) District for single-family uses. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing, and the City Council may continue a public hearing from one meeting to another.
