NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Conditional Use Permit (1096 Rabbit Ridge Rd)

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the applications for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory building, 5600 sq. ft. in area, 25’-11” in height on Lot 1, Block A of the Cole Addition, also referenced as RCAD Tract 12-11 (8 acres), A. Rodriguez Survey A-0231 (1096 Rabbit Ridge Rd.), Heath, Rockwall County, TX, requested by Jeff and Piper Cole.
