NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Conditional Use Permit (560 Smirl Drive)

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the applications for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory building, 1500 sq. ft. in area, 20’ in height and built of like materials with a 4:12 pitch roof that may vary in design from the residence on Lot 6, Heathridge Estates (560 Smirl Dr.), Heath, Rockwall County, TX, requested by Vasile Dolinschi;
