NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Change Stoneleigh Phase Five addition

Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the applications for a A zoning change that amends Ordinance 120320B that established the planned development zoning district for  the Stoneleigh, Phase Five addition on approximately 121.337 acres, to add a provision that allows wing walls to encroach into required setback areas, requested by Tri Terra Developments, L.P.;
