NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Change – Southwestern side of McDonald Road, South of Falcon Point Drive
Notice of Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council of the City of Heath, Texas: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a second public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at Heath City Hall. The Commission and City Council will consider the following:
ZA-2019-03: Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on an ordinance to change the zoning for an approximate 129.255-acre tract of land, located on the southwestern side of McDonald Road, south of Falcon Point Drive, from (A) Agricultural District to a Planned Development (PD) District for Single-Family 43 (SF 43) uses. The subject 129.255-acre tract is situated within the Antonio Rodriguez Survey, Abstract No. 231, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in this public hearing, and the Commission and City Council may continue a public hearing from one meeting to another.
