NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING CHANGE SONTERRA ESTATES

Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing at a meeting that starts at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Heath City Hall. The Commission and the Council will consider a request for a zoning change to amend the previously approved Planned Development (PD) concept plan (Ord.# 061221B) for Sonterra Estates within the City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas, to increase the number of lots from 15 to 17 and make other changes to the plan. The subject property is 16.89 acres situated in the J.O. Heath Survey, Abstract #116 and fronts Hubbard Drive. Interested citizens are invited to attend these public hearings and participate in the same. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties.
