NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Change on 43.66 Acres at Terry, Smirl & Meadowview Lane

Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council:Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue public hearings should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the applications for a zoning change from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development (PD) for single-family residential uses similar to SF-22 (43 lots) on 43.66 acres out of the J.O. Heath Survey, Abstract No. 0116 (RCAD parcel 11153) situated at the northwest corner of Terry Ln. and Smirl, adjacent to Terry Ln., Smirl and Meadowview Lane, requested by Advanced Real Estate and Development. Note: Public hearings regarding the subject property were conducted on November 5 and November 12, 2013. No action was taken.
