NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Zoning Change Planned Development Terry Lane and Smirl Drive
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a meeting that starts at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing at a meeting that starts at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue the public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the application of Advanced Real Estate and Development for a zoning change from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development (PD) for single-family residential uses similar to SF-22 (53 lots) on 43.66 acres out of the J.O. Heath Survey, Abstract No. 0116 situated at the northwest corner of Terry Lane and Smirl, adjacent to Terry Lane, Smirl and Meadowview Lane, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas.
