Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Heath City Hall. The Commission and the Council will consider: Hold a Public Hearing and Consider the application of Todd Wintters, applicant, with Engineering Concepts & Design, L.P. for a zoning change from (A) Agricultural District and (SF-43) Single-Family Residential District to a (PD) Planned Development District for all uses permitted in the (SF-43) Single-Family Residential District with the inclusion of an additional use defined as a Reception/Banquet/Meeting Hall on 49.507 acres of land situated in the J.O. Heath Survey, Abstract No. 116, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas, being located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Myers Road and Crisp Lane. (Case No: ZA-2018-02) The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
