NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – ZONING CHANGE McCRUMMEN RANCH

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will re-open a public hearing during a meeting that starts at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. The subject public hearing was opened on June 4, 2013 and continued pursuant to the applicant’s request. Further notice is given that the City Council will re-open a public hearing at Heath City Hall during a meeting that starts at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, July 23, 2013 that was previously scheduled for Tuesday, June 25, 2013.

The Commission and the Council will consider the Application of the Skorburg Company, on behalf of McCrummen Estates, Ltd.  The applicant requested a zoning change from Planned Development (“PD”), as established by Ordinance 061116A for McCrummen Ranch, to Single-Family Residential (SF-22) zoning district on Tract 23.01 (52.283 acres) in the J. Cantor Survey Abstract No. 53 and subsequently modified the application to request an amendment to the approved planned development.  The subject property is situated on the southeast side of Hubbard Drive between Dunford Drive and Lee Drive. Interested citizens are invited to attend these public hearings and participate in the same.
