Notice of Public Hearing before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council:  Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas.
Further notice is given that, a second public hearing is scheduled where the request and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be considered by the City Council at a meeting that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Heath City Hall. At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take appropriate action on the application for a zoning change from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development (PD) zoning district for single-family residential uses similar to SF-22 (108 lots), requested by Darren Mabry, Talus Development Group, LLC. Property located on the south side of Rabbit Ridge Road between FM 549 and Rabbit Ridge Road.
