NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Zoning Change – 315 Smirl Drive

Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a second public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Heath City Hall. The Commission and the City Council will consider the following case: Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on a request from Scott Mayborn, property owner, to change the zoning on 0.57 gross acres of land, located south and west of the intersection of Smirl Drive and Terry Lane, from (A) Agricultural District to (SF-15) Single Family Residential District, the subject 0.57 acres of land is addressed as 315 Smirl Drive, being situated within the J.O. Heath Survey, Abstract No. 116, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas. (Case No: ZA-2018-04). The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
