Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Heath City Hall. The Commission and the Council will consider: Hold a Public Hearing and consider the application of Ridenour Realty Co., applicant/owner, for a zoning change from (SF-43) Single-Family Residential District to (LR) Local Retail District on a 1.00 acres of land situated in the J. Canter Survey, Abstract No. 53, City of Heath, Rockwall County Texas, and being a part of that certain called 7.15 acre tract as described in a deed to Kenneth Stephens et ux of record in Volume 133, Page 980, Deed Records of Rockwall County, Texas, located on south side of Hubbard Drive west of FM 740 (301 Hubbard Drive), and take any action necessary. (ZA-2017-04) The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
