Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at a meeting that starts at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing at a meeting that starts at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue the public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the application of Rob Whittle for a zoning change from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development (PD) for single-family residential uses similar to the Heath Golf & Yacht Club PD (9 lots) on 5.329 acres situated in I. Briscoe Survey, Abstract No. 38, in the vicinity of Hubbard Drive, south of Victoria Place, adjacent to the Heath Golf & Yacht Club planned development district, City of Heath, Rockwall and Kaufman Counties, Texas.
