NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Special Exception Twin View Estates Addition lot 6
Notice is hereby given that the Heath Board of Adjustment will hold public hearings beginning at 7:00 PM on Monday, July 14, 2014 at City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Specific notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Board will hear and take action on the application of Mike Reid, on behalf of Susan Burgess, for a special exception to §159.07(B)(1) that specifies that exterior walls to be constructed using masonry material covering at least 80% of each wall in order to construct a residence with cementitious (“Hardy”) materials for exposed wood areas on Lot 6 (southwest corner of the intersection of Twin View and Smirl Drive), Twin View Estates Addition
