NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit – West side of Ridge Road, North of Smirl Drive/Heathland Crossing

Notice of Public Hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council of the City of Heath, Texas: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a second public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at Heath City Hall. The Commission and City Council will consider the following:

CUP-2019-05 & SP-2019-08: Conduct a Public Hearing and act on a Site Plan and Ordinance for a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-through window for a retail use within an 11,959 square foot office/retail building on 1.04 acres of land platted as Lot 3 of Block A, Ridge Crossing Addition. The site is zoned Planned Development (PD) District for office and retail uses and is located on the west side of Ridge Road, approximately 300 feet north of Smirl Drive/Heathland Crossing. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in this public hearing, and the Commission and City Council may continue a public hearing from one meeting to another.
