Notice of a Public Hearing before the City Council: Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. The City Council will consider: Case SP-2018-04 and CUP-2018-03 – Conduct a Public Hearing and take action on a Site Plan with an associated Ordinance amending Chapter 159, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances and the zoning map of the City to grant a Special Exception for the remodel of an existing retail building with a cedar wood exterior along the front (street facing) facade in lieu of the required 90% exterior masonry material, said retail building being located on 1.242 acres of land in the J. Cantor Survey, Abstract No. 53. The property is more commonly known as 209 Hubbard Drive, City of Heath, Rockwall County, Texas. The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
