NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING- REPLAT NW OF VERSAILLES AND LAFAYETTE DRIVE

Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.  Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Heath, Texas will hold a public hearing at a meeting that begins at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Drive, Heath, Texas.  Further notice is given that, the City Council will hold a second public hearing at which the request and the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation will be considered at a meeting that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Heath City Hall.  At such times and place, the Commission and the Council will hear and take action on the application of Rajesh S. Rana, owner of the below described tract of land.  The applicant is requesting approval for a replat of Lot 11R, Block B, The Promontory, City of Heath, Rockwall County in order to create to two (2) residential lots on 1.0793 acres of land.  The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request.  All interested citizens are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.  Additional information regarding the application or amendments may be downloaded from the Public Notices tab at www.heathtx.com or obtained by calling 972-961-4875.
