NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Replat Lot 2 of the Pratz Addition
Notice of Public Hearing before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue the public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the application of James E. Baker Ltd. to replat Lot 2 of the Pratz Addition on the east side of FM 740 to form 2 lots.
