Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject property. The Commission and the Council will consider the application of Pat Atkins to replat Lot 7, Block B of Meadowlake Village (2.12 ac.) to form 2 lots at 7 Meadowlake Drive (owner Dr. & Mrs. Paul Liechty), Heath, Rockwall County, TX.
