NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – Fulton School Replat
Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold public hearings starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Heath City Hall. November 18 is an exception to the Council’s regular meeting date due to Veterans Day. The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. Special notice will be given to property owners within 200’ of the subject properties. The Commission and the Council will consider the applications of The Fulton School to replat Lot 1, Block A of the Fulton Addition, (RCAD property ID#s 80251 and 80252) consisting of approximately 15.94 acres to form two (2) lots.
