Notice of Public Hearings before the Heath Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing starting at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Heath City Hall, 200 Laurence Dr. Further notice is given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 PM, Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Heath City Hall. The City may continue a public hearing should an applicant so request. Citizens are invited to attend and participate in these public hearings. The Commission and the Council will consider the application of David Edling for a conditional use permit for construction of an additional accessory building (pool cabana) 400 sq. ft. in area, 15’ in height that is not built of like design and materials as the residence on Darr Estates, Blk A, Lot 29 at 602 Sorita Circle (RCAD property ID# 16128)
